All of our trainers are certified  National Academy of Sports Medicine, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Working out is my hobby, so why not make a successful career out of doing something that I LOVE?! Along with my passion for fitness, I also have a passion for people and helping them achieve something that once seemed un-achievable. Watching my clients excel and see the results that they work so hard for is absolutely my motivation to continue!  Nutrition is also a huge part of my life and work. Trying to merge clients into a true lifestyle change with their eating habits is something I love doing. Having better nutrition and food knowledge has nothing to do with being on a diet!!  When I am not working, I of course love working out, hanging out with my two best buds (my husband and daughter) and spending lots of time shopping! :)

Henry Ford once said, "whether you think you can or you think you can't-- you're right." In the 10 years that I have been in fitness, this quote always remains true. I love not only fitness, but I love helping clients reach their goals and help them realize that anything is possible.
