I originally got started in this business because of my extreme passion for health and fitness. Working out is my hobby, so why not make a successful career out of doing something that I LOVE?! Along with my passion for fitness, I also have a passion for people and helping them achieve something that once seemed un-achievable. Watching my clients excel and see the results that they work so hard for is absolutely my motivation to continue! 

Nutrition is also a huge part of my life and work. Trying to merge clients into a true lifestyle change with their eating habits is something I love doing. Having better nutrition and food knowledge has nothing to do with being on a diet!! 

When I am not working, I of course love working out, hanging out with my two best buds (my husband and daughter) and spending lots of time shopping! :)

Henry Ford once said, "whether you think you can or you think you can't-- you're right." In the 10 years that I have been in fitness, this quote always remains true. I love not only fitness, but I love helping clients reach their goals and help them realize that anything is possible. Working in sports and with kids for specific sports performance is something that has become a dedication and passion of mine, and its one of my favorite things to do. 

Education is a huge part of my being. I am always trying to see what else I can do to not only better myself but also better the people around me. I teach the principles of functional movements through stability and mobility. 

I enjoy sports, and working out. I also love spending time with my two favorite ladies in my life. 


April Brophy


April started teaching yoga in 2013 after having begun her practice in 1999. She loves all movement but finds that yoga is her favorite because it meets a person where they are; "If you're having a crappy day, yoga is there for you and you can take it easy. Feeling pumped? Awesome -- push even harder."

April has been extensively trained by some of the Masters of modern yoga. She teaches Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Astanga. Her classes are never the same. But her goal never deviates: heal your body first, and mind and soul will follow.

She wants everyone in her classes to know that she loves them completely -- even if they just met. "Always remember: You are starlight wrapped in skin. That which you seek has always been within."
