Classes

We offer classes for every level of fitness and each day you will be completing a different workout that will allow you to workout 4-6 times a week.  Our trainers will give you progressions and scaled version of each exercise so that you get that individual attention you need to reach your goals. All classes are 60 mins which include intro to WOD, dynamic warm-up, the actual workout itself and ending with a cool-down. 

 
 

METABOLIC RESISTANCE

Mondays, Tuesdays Thursdays
 

5am, 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm  

MRT classes are designed to build muscle, burn fat and strength all at the same time. On these days we will be focusing on legs, upper body and total body. .  

METABOLIC BURN

Wednesdays, Fridays

Wednesdays:

5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Fridays: 

5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

High intensity interval circuits that focus on core and cardio to help maximize calorie burn. 

METABOLIC OVERDRIVE

Saturdays

7am & 9am

Metabolic Overdrive is a circuit interval training mixed with resistance training. That means you get the fat-burning and heart-busting benefits of intense cardio along with the muscle-building properties of a weight workout 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Mondays & Wednesdays:

6 am

Fridays: 

10 am

This class is for individuals looking to to improve strength and conditioning. We will be focusing on a skill/technique to learn, strength/power exercises and conditioning. Strength & Conditioning  is a great class to take to improve your overall performance whether it's to build muscle, improve sports performance or overall strength.

If you can't make it to class, this is a great substitute so that you don't miss a workout. A trainer will show you the exercises for your specific level and then you will be left to conquer that workout on your own.
