We offer classes for every level of fitness and each day you will be completing a different workout that will allow you to workout 4-6 times a week.  Our trainers will give you progressions and scaled version of each exercise so that you get that individual attention you need to reach your goals. All classes are 60 mins which include intro to WOD, dynamic warm-up, the actual workout itself and ending with a cool-down.

MRT classes are designed to build muscle, burn fat and strength all at the same time. On these days we will be focusing on legs, upper body and total body.

Show up and find out! April will craft a class  that will compliment Floyd Factor's amazing training classes, but no Yoga class will be the same as the last! Choices range from a power practice, workshops (say, inversions or arm balances), yin yoga, or even an entire hour of core work! She will give clues throughout the week on social media.

"I shouldn't have gone to that yoga class." ~ no one ever.

High intensity interval circuits that focus on core and cardio to help maximize calorie burn.

Metabolic Overdrive is a circuit interval training mixed with resistance training. That means you get the fat-burning and heart-busting benefits of intense cardio along with the muscle-building properties of a weight workout

If you missed a workout or want to work out on your own then these are the times to come in. You can complete your own workout or a trainer will show you the workout (progression/regression) and you are off to the races on your own.

60 mins of HIIT training. We combine short intervals exercises that combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power. Grit strength  is a great class to take to improve your overall performance whether it's to build muscle, improve sports performance or overall strength.
